Our hourly rate fee is £217 per hour. The fixed Fee arrangement is available if the hourly rate is not suitable. Please contact us’.

‘Our fees for Immigration and Nationality application and representation is between £650 to £1500 depending on the complexity of the case. Appeal matters are separately charged depending on the complexity of the issues and the experience of the Barristers to be instructed for advocacy. Fixed fees can be agreed if Hourly rate is not suitable for you. The person carrying out your work has 21 years experience in the field of Immigration/Asylum and he is a Solicitor and Supervisor.

You are responsible for disbursements necessary for us to properly present your appeal or applications. The disbursements will be discussed with you prior to incurring it. Applications for extension of leave to remain attracts 20% VAT.

Appeals: Approximate Costs and Counsel Fees is between £1500 and £2500 depending on the complexity of the case
